For the purposes of this Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Service refers to the paid lifestyle programs, meetings, counseling sessions, and other related services offered through https://www.thevidlife.org/.

  • Booking means a confirmed appointment, counseling session, or paid program purchased by You through Our Website.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings made through The Vid Life website are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    If You wish to cancel a paid session or meeting, You must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund as per the Refund Policy below.

  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

    If You cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session or fail to attend without prior notice, You will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:

    In the rare case that We need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, You will be notified promptly and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled session, in accordance with the following legally approved structure:

  • 100% Refund — If cancellation is made within 48 hours or more before the scheduled session time.
  • 75% Refund — If cancellation is made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
  • 50% Refund — If cancellation is made between 12 to 24 hours before the session.
  • No Refund — If cancellation is made within 12 hours of the session or in case of a no-show.

Additional Refund Conditions

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the allowable time frame or for technical or operational issues directly caused by The Vid Life (e.g., counselor unavailability or confirmed system failure).

  • Non-Refundable Services:

    All completed counseling sessions, consultations, and digital resources are non-refundable. Once a session has begun or a digital program is accessed, no refund will be issued.

  • Processing of Refunds:

    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

  • Third-Party Payment Fees:

    Transaction or gateway processing charges (if any) are non-refundable, as these are retained by the payment provider.

Rescheduling Policy

You may request to reschedule your appointment once per booking, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to counselor availability and confirmation by The Vid Life support team.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies may occur. In such cases, refund or rescheduling requests will be reviewed individually at Our discretion. Supporting documentation (e.g., medical or travel proof) may be required for consideration.

Please provide your booking ID, registered email, and reason for cancellation or refund when contacting us.
