Digital Product Delivery
All our products, such as eBooks, digital guides, and other downloadable content, are delivered electronically. Once your payment has been successfully processed:
You will receive an instant download link on the order confirmation page, or
A confirmation email containing the download link will be sent to your registered email within 15 minutes of purchase.
Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is valid and accessible. If you do not receive your digital product within 1 hour, kindly contact our support team at info@thevidlife.org.
Online Meetings and Counseling Sessions
For meetings and counseling sessions conducted via platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom:
Upon successful booking and payment, a confirmation email will be sent to You within 30 minutes containing the meeting link, date, and time.
Please check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders for this email.
Each meeting link is unique and non-transferable. Sharing of links or session details is strictly prohibited.
Rescheduling and Non-Attendance
You may request to reschedule your meeting or counseling session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting info@thevidlife.org.
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no replacement session or refund will be provided.
In exceptional circumstances such as technical difficulties or emergencies, rescheduling may be approved at the discretion of The Vid Life support team.
Delivery Failures and Technical Issues
If a digital product download link or meeting link is not received due to technical issues, please notify Us within 24 hours.
Our support team will verify and restore access to the product or meeting link within 2–6 hours after verification.
The Vid Life will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect email addresses, user error, or spam filtering beyond Our control.
Non-Physical Shipping
As all our products and services are digital, there is no physical shipping involved. Therefore, no shipping fees, courier tracking, or physical delivery timelines apply to any of our services.
